Felt wreath

I had so much fun making this wreath, I got the idea from Laura's Valentine Day
post but also saw at The Idea Room
but I decided I wanted to make a little more generic so that I could keep it up all the time

Foam wreath from the Dollar Store, I cut it in half because it was too thick
bought my cream felt off the bolt at Hancock fabric, $4.99 a yard. I got a 1 1/2 yrds
because I made two so that I can hang them in my window
layed it out on the kitchen floor and took a plastic cup and traced circle after circle
a little time consuming but I enjoyed the process. than I spent a few nights cutting out all of the circles
(I didn't keep track on how many circles, I guessed)
Supplies needed....straight pins, scissors, felt, wreath, patients and time
Finished project! I LOVE how it turned out!
I didn't do the whole back since I wanted it to lay flat against the windows, I haven't added my ribbon yet
fold the circles into half twice to make a little pie slice shape. Attach by sticking the pin straight through the felt and into the foam wreath, super easy!
If you have time (like I did, since we were snowed in for 2 days) than this is a super fun and easy project!
Happy Crafting!
